Depends on the number of people. A general rule is to allot 2 glasses per person. A small group of 4 people need about 8 cocktails or glasses of wine. Eight people, on the other hand, may need 16 glasses of wine. If the party will last for more than two hours, multiply the number of people by 3 or 4.

You can make a mojito right in your own kitchen! You just need the following:
• 2 ounces of white rum
• 2 ounces of lime juice
• 2 ounces club soda
• 4 mint leaves (fresh)
• 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
• Ice (crushed)
First get the mint leaves and place them in a cocktail glass. Add the lime juice and the sugar. Mash these together using the back of a spoon. Add the crushed ice and the white rum. Stir to your heart’s delight and add club soda. Enjoy your mojito and drink to your health!
