This is about a scientist named Dr. Dasari who discovers another use for a technology that he has invented. His invention is aimed at creating super humans by accessing their memories.
The main gist of the story is the process done by scientists to extract memories from criminals to get the so-called visual images to help them carry out the execution. This is in accordance to a future law that will require visual proof before the execution of a criminal.
